ed + ar is one prefix, not the Ferocious (ed%)+ Meteoric (+ar)

either you have
+2 ,100 ed, 100 ed + 150 ar or
100 ed, 100 ed + 150 ar, 150 ar
you cannot have +2 200ed and 300 ar on a weapon

Actually a few seasons ago my buddy brack had a 185 all ed 15 str 3xx ar bh
no ele dmg but makes up for that on belt
but 9/10 ^^
