Um. Their is no such thing and personal computer typing. The real personal computer typing would be the language that windows was done in or this site. This site is based off my guess PHP Html and Java. Now if you take that into actuality that was all done in English.

yea but why waste my time TYPING all the words when i can make it faster n just type it shorter it rather more hlpful then typing all of it

To bad it is not a wast of time if you can type fast like most people can then typing out a few extra letters shouldn't be that hard.
