i've noticed that too. in fact, during the release of d4 there was a user named Crossed who went around saying how d2's pvp is dog doo doo. after a bit of back and forth, we found out he only played a fb sorc and quit after he got to hell if i remember correctly. essentially zero experience with pvp but tooted his horn bashing d2's

it's the same people who trade stocks and make 2 trades and lose $ then say the stock market is a scam

Each other would be not bad really , but there is sometimes appear people who buy top staff and disappear. Thus, items out of market (in the whorst case expired/disappeared) . And remaining staff becoming more valuable.
