finally got my reply. here is what they said on the second reply (first message after automatic first message) this is what she said;

It appears the connection for your Diablo II account was never fully closed after a partial disconnection, and thus kept being semi-active (which indeed would block any additional login). I've made some changes from our end that should resolve this in the very near future - by the time you receive my message, things should hopefully already have returned back to normal.
