I assume those are 20 life/5@res
If so SUMMON NECRO!!!!

Try to get skillers with fhr enough to reach a break point with spirit if you don't have spirit then any 3 to summon with good mods will be okay with all your all res charms but you will need more fhr without spirit.

You want as much flat life as you can as vitality doesn't give good returns.

Prebuff gear:

Arm of king leoric
3 to summon circ
3 to summon ammy
3 to summon with raise skeleton or skeleton mastery head
Marrow walks
2x sojs

Merc equipment I use:

Andy's
Bramble
Infinity

(Budget options is obedience)

Get hoto
Spirit
Shako
Aldurs or water walks boots
And whatever ammy and rings you need

Make insight iron golem
Or if you have no mana problems and are rich enough pride golem
