yes, long as you have enigma in your stash and a griswold armor with jah ith ber socketed in it

only if the armor and all the runes drop from the same source (be it monster or chest) ;)

Actually if you want to make a RW in a unique or set item, you have to reverse the runes:
For Einigma: Jah+Ith+Ber changes to: Ber+Ith+Jah

Grief in Runemaster base is very popular too.
My paladin had Chaos in Hone Sundan for whirlwind as well.
