Bowa more damage: Well its actually their inzane buff of skills here that is the main issue. 50 more ed on wep is nothing on a bow...
50% ed on top of chaos on a sin means like 2 more life taken on wirl hit. We are already nerfed to be forced to use runic which has low damage via wsm changes.
Throwing wepons wont get this buff, cause no runeword to put in them cause no socets... So basicly those will linger behind, but i think all throwing wepons should have 5 to 10 faster wsm... That would be most logical now that we dont have wsm bug.
And in the end:

Lack of re-tele/double++++ tele lock
Destroyed werebear
Destoyed rabies
Fucked psn nova
OP bone skills
OP bow/dodge/plague skills on amazon

Those are gamebreaking. 50% ed on wep is actually a good change if u look at balance...
But i get the idea, people invested and perfectionized their character, and then a new patch and its shit again. Thats like d3. Where ur last patch gear is now useless, due to 10lvl higher items and new set which is 1000% better than last set. So yes, thats the frustation point on this one.
But as the balance of the change is actually not bad. But the gameplay gets fucked for those who really made a huge effort to get perfect items.
