Yes gulli dracs grief is an early ladder build that is still effective throughout ladder but not the fastest kill speed

Only thing grief build is better at is clearing summons, which if you are using Enigma, does not matter.

I don't know why you are laughing at coa given the +1 skills helps with kills speed, 30ias gets you to max ias bp with conviction aura up to kill meph and 70+ed boosts smite damage. Gulli gives the 30cb, but 70cb last wish, 10cb gloves and gores gives 95cb and hitting ias bp is better than an extra 5cb.

This set up hits max ias break point with convic aura up to kill meph and will be your fastest set up to kill ubers.
