I was far more concerned with stacked light resists, and I was still killing baal I. 4-5 hits.

Like I said in my initial post, there are more optimal choices, but I wanted survivability, especially at 98. Dying at 98 is NOT a pleasant experience.

belts dont affect damage to baal
the normal build can wear wisp without losing much dps to mobs

Not sure where you got that I was using the belt for damage. I wanted stacked light resists with light sorb. Instead of wisp, I opted for a dex/tri resists ring and raven, as I still wanted to max out my other resists.

Either way, this build worked for me, and I shared it. If it’s not your cup of tea, move on.

i got it from the fact that neither tgods nor razortail add damage when you are killing baal

you insinuated that the belt choice wasnt affecting how fast you were killing baal
