Well ive joined enchant games and bot hostel baals since hcl has almost bo games running. Sometimes i create self but a max if 2 join.

"How is mule parking or stallig non legit?" - I used to get RD ban at least thrice over the last couple of years after simply putting a Sandboxed mule for hours into such muleparking games, when I repeatedly was perming one mule after another (2+ hours each) within the same account, summing up half day or longer. Feels like Blizz hates such trick as well.

So my guess was - does Blizz "shadow ban" just accounts + IP with "hyperactive / botlike-behaviour history" or for muling as well, in case what we are witnessing is a blanket ban, rather than simply server failure or deficiency.

Update: my buddy tried his "fully legit" account + "residential grade IP" + old account, inactive for a year (all chars marked "character expired") and tried to create or join.
No luck - still the same "You are in line to create a game. Try joining..." AND then immediately: "No new games can be created" shite, upon joining attempt.

He is somewhat glad that he is still able to "resurrect" expired but yet not deleted old chars, though, by the way.

Seems like entire bunch of EU servers is down.
