Well, im playing around 10 hours a week, so if im right, 250 hours mean 25 weeks ( 6 months) playing always same char. O.o I prefer to stay Noob......

At your snail's pace of only playing 10 hours a week you might not make it to lvl 99 in a ladder season, but theoretically you would only need to slightly increase your playtime to make it.

But that's just theory. 250 hours is assuming you know what you are doing and can get efficient and reliable runs (it's hard to find a good group that only plays 10 hours a week). Also, there are specific strategies that reduce the amount of runs it takes by thousands of runs. If you are a noob who thinks leveling is just tele'ing to throne and killing waves + baal then it's going to take at least twice as many hours or more.
