Bots are not just effective because they can tele, but because they use mh, can run nonstop, and process game information faster than any human can see.
Putting a cooldown on tele would make mf for legit players super unfun, while only slightly delaying the bots.
It will basically have the same effect as RD has right now - bots dont mind waiting + it's annoying for legit players.
Apart from that it might make the game either somewhat more balanced, or completely unenjoyable (since we are used to tele)
Hm interesting thought. I agree, the change has to be made by the ones that allow botters atm (Blizzard) so as long as we don’t we banned chat-bots I suppose we won’t see game changes to stop bots either
