whole point of rocking a circlet is to pickup 30frw so if you can't do that, stick to coa. i've never owned a 2druid/30frw/20fcr/2os circ and have won world ladders on druid so either or works just fine, just looking back i wish i could've 2/30/20/2os ber ber and dungos is all
if you use frw for anything, make sure its vs trappers so consider putting a Lo rune in 2dru/30frw/20fcr circ, and using wisp. last time i played that was still GM but double check rules
in your situation, i'd cham ber a coa and Lo the circ and use wisp vs trappers. coa vs other melees, and if you have a pelt sure rock that vs dins and necs but i think a hoto setup gives you higher oak sage
The whole point of getting 30fwr is for wsg desynch, which no longer applies.
