Dusk, Wrym, GH, or AP with Vita/Str Windy (permanent Str Jewelry), 15/0 Cuirass for Style Pref on Nec/Druid/Sorc, Dusk or Wrym for practical reasons.

Really dont know why people pick bases other than mageplate. Also looks the coolest.

benefits of strength bug my lad. only reason mageplate is being #1 eni base now is cos they removed strength bug and everything that comes with it
