yes i had the same issue last year (i used a vpn etc etc)...

after i contacted blizz and did aaaaaaaaall that paper of submiting info and things asked i finally got someone that told me how long the ban would be (14days)

so as other people said already, do NOT try to conect again until that time has passed... otherwise itll restart... or worse you know what i mean

Uh because Blizzard doesn't want hackers like you to be able to change their IP address every time they get caught abusing the ToS by using 3rd party programs to enhance your gameplay.
