Have you ever done Hell cows? There are uniques and the cow king, you need a minimum of resists or else that holy freeze, holy fire, holy shock or chain lightning can 1 shot you.

I hate it when holy freeze 1 shots me :')

You need to get LR for king's charged bolts. that's about it.
