this. you can use it for the late game, but your merc needs a lot of strength to equip it. better go for CA base, same dmg but lower requirements iirc. Also infy works better with faster bases because of CB, so CV is imo only useful for insight/pride and only if you can buy it at a cheaper price than other bases like CA (or find yourself ofc)
