Given you do not use the leech Dungo >> SoE for most Ubers
TGod only useful for Mephisto if you tend to die to the charged bolts
Some (rich) people prefer CoA ber ber or Cham ber + last wish but as posted above Black / heaven’s light / etc + GFace are cheap and efficient enough if you do not plan to do only Ubers for days

Physical damage is not the main problem in UT, magic/elemental damage is.

If you want to be ubersafe (pun intended) use the rising sun for crazy fire absorb. Pentaimmunes’ inferno should keep you a life easily.

And Dungo is pretty useful not to get 1hko against Lilith which in my opinion is the hardest of the 6.

Anyway, I do not think there is a right build. Hell, I usually start with black flail, GFace, goblin and a 4 Pdiam pala shield with 35-40@ res and it gets the job done.
