Im noob but I built mine like this:

2/20/30/all res/cold res diadem (cham)
3/2 white + spirit 35%
2/20 amulet
Enigma
Dunogs
Aldurs boots
Trang gloves
10fcr, str, resists and mana ring
bk/soj/wisp

I got coa (ber+cham) for dr and hoto for resists if its needed. You can use hoto+coa+dungos for high dr but most of the times I feel like white+arach+coa is enough.
Use bloodfists+arach vs hammerdins and other necros

I think this is ok and dont have to swap too much gear all the time
