People recommend fanat and concentration for your merc, but if your merc is decrepified the best thing to boost its damage is cleansing. Get the decrep off, swap to a damage aura, makes a significant difference in how well the merc can do and you just spam holy bolt the whole time anyway.

I always preferred a natures peace to stop revives rather than redemption.

Keep conc up to boost merc dmg , blast them w holy bolt (holy bolt is getting its synergy from BH removed unfortunately in 2.4 and will be a lot less viable.)
