is it really from https://www.chaoscube.co.kr/filebox/trade_a1_stanbus/4830952942.png being done via automation? or something similar? is it supposed to sell more items in people's shops somehow or what?

I don't play D2 myself. Have not played since 2 months into last ladder. I still trade items.

Sure, they will pull the plug on the last server at some stage, but it's too soon now.

Probably they are going to keep 1-2 servers so all the remaining people gather there. The line que problem will go away as people quit the game and even less remain.

If they shutdown servers according to playerbase they should at least keep 1 or 2 in redundancy to ensure no queues.

Final closure comes nearer everytime they shutdown a server.

They are more than willing to shutdown servers, but there is no chance in hell they are willing to add another server if playerbase has some future small spikes.

servers are online since a few hours.
Don't know the exact number, but it's definitely more than 10. No queue time at all
