Everyone recommended Enigma. Nothing to think about.

anyone that has even a remote idea on how this game works, never uses COH on any build in any situation.

IMO….
Viper - for the cdr, leaving up the ring slots for sojs
And lets be honestly herefter, when you have 1-50.000 damage, it is not a Big difference with the extra 3k for the extra skill, + you Can save the ress slots other places.

COH give more res, But feels shitty + you Will “miss a frame” for the teleport.
Yes Enigma gives pretty much more of everything, But you still miss the frame for fastest teleport.
Ommus with 3 lightning and max - lightning ress gives insane damage boost compared to the other 3, and have fcr, so you Can reach the 200 breakpoint, But you Will need to find more fcr other slots compared to viper.


But all in all it depends on what you do with your sorc.
I dident Care about Rune/items in the end just xp, to reach 99, and diablo/baalrun with viper or ommus just seems Way smoother than with Enigma (havent tried CoH, But it is so farm behind anyway)

And the extra 100 mf… if you just have 250-300+ you have plenty.

Even if Enigma is better, I feel like it's just easier to slot in when prices drop to where Ber costs nothing. I used CoH because then I don't have to think about find res small charms, str/life/res rings, caster res amulets, or sticking with Hoto vs other options. This was also in legacy, where Ber Runes were 10 fg. Price means nothing when Ber Runes are 10 fg

In the end, the extra FG you spend on a Ber for Enigma means you also need to spend extra FG on everything else for an armor that is just marginally better on a basic MF char.

105/117 FCR is so easy to get on a Sorc, so if you're feeling like you NEED the FCR on the armor slot, just get better jewelry.

I honestly dont hope you play with that fcr on a lightning sorc.

The debate is 200 to hit the “last frame” on teleport
Or “only” 194 for the last frame on lightning.
