Merc based build will give you more mf and gf while having faster slower clear speed.

Using a merc setup will allow you to use Gavel on the offhand, which gives amp charges. Council gets 1-2 shotted.

His jab is much faster at killing than your borb+him and amp will put out more dmg than your borb ever will.

So you put Gavel on weapon switch to use a charge, switch back to gf/mf weapons, and that's supposed to give u faster clearspeed than having the same setup with 2 griefs?
Again, you can sacrifice gf/mf for clear speed, or clear speed for gf/mf

You don't need to clear faster. Its not worth giving up that much mf/gf potential for a tiny bit more speed.
Council is clear in less than 2 minutes with support setup.

I just wish people here would stop spreading misleading information and then mix up information with their opinion
