You literally have to invest 0 str into something that is feasibly better than Spirit on pretty much all accounts: Res, Life, FHR, Mana, FCR, Res, and potential skill damage. So on top of investing 0 str for a monarch, you get a huge max % boost of Hp with it all for a Zod and a good base? I don't think you're good at analyzing items.

So this staff replaces eschuta or deaths fathom/spirit monarch combo wtf are talking about, what potential pvm build does this staff apply to?

+7 to chain lightning, +7 to lightning +7 to light mastery, pair it with an infinity merc or get a
+7 to nova with other mods with new synergy you're looking at 8k+ nova damage at 105fcr with infinity on top.

While having max resistance, 86fhr, more life than any other sorc.

In essence yes, 7 Blizz 7 Cold Mastery staff is either very close to or better than Fathom. It certainly blows Occy out of the water, and saving over 100 points into str means 200 hp plus max hp.

Even if the damage isn't better than Fathom, it has like 4-5 other capped mods to justify it.
