Show more screenshots. The rare jewels inside don't show the -15% requirements. I bet if a rare jewel hits +40% resistance, the jewel will be junk and it won't be an option for an expensive item. The top jewels should always have at least +15%IAS and/or -15% requirements depending which item has the open socket.

*The rare jewel listed in the latest message has a fire resistance under 30%, but the stats have been glitched with another stat.

Max on Magic is 30 single res with other mod ( str life dex fhr )
Rare can get 40 single res ( light for example ) + 10 other ( cold fire psn)
and mod like -15req str dex fhr mana dex energy

rare jewel can have 7% Fhr 10 All Res 40 single Res and -15% requirements

So, his answer is no. If the rare jewel hits +40% cold resistance, it will need another stat to glitch the max. resistances. This jewel can have either, FHR or -REQ, but not all at once.

I assume the rare jewel you posted is worth a lot? I don't have a lot of fg but i'd like one jewel like that for my vita fhr bone necro.

I don't know if you play legacy D2 or d2r
But post your iso and see what happens
But i thing with 60 fg you get it ( in legacy )

I dont see why, 1 player made a statement, it was proven to be wrong, with evidence.
40 single res possible, lets all move on then. seems pretty tame.
