The strongest HC build for this is the Hardcore maxblock lighting sorc, in guide section (Gary's guide)
It is a perfect guide and your sorc will be a real tank with it.
You can substitute lighting with blizzard and still obtain a very good soso.
The key is to max telekinesis in order to have a good energy shield, also stacked resistance
and maxblock with 35% dmg reduce.
