Always on Fridays (around 3/5 for US folks, nights for EU folks). Based on recent Blizzard bad habits, they could announce it with a 3/4 days notice, so it could still well be 10/12, otherwise 17/12.

Well, I think the 17/12 was the most voted (and this would have been the most desirable for most of us...), but 10/12 won, and 10/12 will be. Happy end of ladder (probably the last one for me, time to retire and build up some cute chars nl.. :P)----I can see it's now 10/12, but probably some votes came in after the official announcement anyway...
