I spent 10k fg in this thing brother. Emilio wouldnt talk to me for a week if i gave his stick away. Also. People keep asking me if this is for a fury druid. Why is this weapon good for a fury druid?

Fury druids hit very fast and hard with good 2 hand weapons, and since IAS on weapon are very important for fury druid (not that much now in d2r) an eth tomb reaver zod with two 40/15 was the best fury druid weapon available for the char.

Hardcore is a different beast and I understand that, you didn't mention it before. I like the idea of any ias jewels if u have a perf Tomb which is sickkkaf. 2 x 40/15's and ist which is what you were thinking is titties. Please don't die with that thing lol! Break a leg respect

*edit* Rereading your original post you didnt mention IAS but IAS is more important than the others u mentioned. Ias on Hc will allow him to life steal quicker and survive more.

I believe so, at 90ias it should be optimal. Not 100% sure but I think this is why I used 2 x XXed/15ias in my eth Reaver many years past. I have forgotten to much, only so much room in the brizzain. Last thing is for HC I think Jah rune is another good choice instead of ist for survivability and kill speed.

Emilio is hitting 2 times every 11 frames with 60IAS tomb reaver (4.54 times per second)

If you reach 89 IAS with all your gear (like adding Andariel's visage with a 15IAS jewel for example)
Emilio will be hitting 2 times every 10 frames (5 times per second)

If you reach 147 IAS with all your gear (like adding one 15IAS jewels in the weapon, treachery and Andariel Visage with IAS jewel)
Emilio will be hitting 2 times every 9 frames (5.56 times per second)

I will for sure try to reach the 89 IAS breakpoint, you can use the mf jewels in tomb reaver, use andariels with 15IAS 30 Fire res jewel and forty for example.

The 147IAS setup is still very doable tho, treachery + andariel is a good combo, and you still could use 2 mf jewels in tomb reaver.
