Yes it's planned, but we really can't say yet if that will be possible
Bot Detection: We have some code analysing the graph and decide whether the constant progress is likely to be a bot or not

yup! If one is sharing account we still might flag them
But we can always talk about unflagging chars if it makes any sense
We had some obvious botters in the past trying to convince us they were just sharing, it all depends on the facts and the graphs
