Vigor/Burst of Speed/Natural Speed/frw gear helps vs slow on frw.
Fana/Bos/Werewolf/WSM of wep/Ias helps vs slow on attack speed.

Ias helps less than WSM speed and Skill Speed.
Skill speed and WSM speed count direct the same as slow ammount.
IAS is nerfed and you need more ammounts to cover slow.
