I really believe is your ISP and your IP , they are behind a secret Proxy/VPN which u are not aware of ! IF u got a frriend who uses the same ISP like yours , try to enter from there if same thing happens then u know where is the problem!


Thank you for your answer and friend bought the game yesterday and same thing happend and he couldnt login on the first time

I visit my parents for a whole wheek and could login there but home again some.problem.
What to do about it ? I live in a house with few other familys and i havent installed anything like vpn
Do you know what i can do about it ? Really frustrated

No we all got different providers
Here i got the message " You were disconnected from battle.net.Please reconnect"
went to my parents to visit them with my own pc i took it with me
Could login without any problems and even with my laptop to mule
Home again same problem again.
I tried reconnect my router a few times and could login once but when i tried again same message again.
Thats the second time this problem happens to me.
Im very sure you are on the right way but what can i do about it if im not doing anything wrong by myself

This sucks, still can't connect to Bnet :(

Anyone have encounter this before and fixed the issue or you just wait a few days or few weeks for this issue to be resolved from IP ban from Bnet?

I send a ticket to Blizzard at Battle.net and the customer service responded ticket with the email saying on the below that I was using any business, proxy or vpn, but the only connection I use is my Ethernet wire connect directly to my Verizon Fios box. Unless my ISP (Verizon Fios) residential connection is hidden of that, there is no way I am using some other connection.



This is frustrating that I will have to wait til 4/30/20 (2 weeks) until I could log back on to Bnet to play D2 and what if this issue happens to me again in the future? This is ridiculous :(

Have you tried sharing Hotspot with your phone? I think your account and cdkey might be flagged tho.

If you really want to play you will need new acc, different unused key with the old acc and new ip (use phone) :)

Yes I have disconnected my ethernet to my Verizon fio box and used my mobile hotspot wifi but still couldn't connect to Bnet. So they definitely flagged my cd key and Ip address since I changed my IP address with my phone. This is crazy... :(

So I asked them why did I get IP banned and they told me via email that I am using some Maxihost LLC VPN? Wth is that? I am using Verizon Fios residential internet for this game, I do not know, heard of or aware of any VPN usage of Maxihost LLC at all.



I never even heard of this Maxihost LLC ever or used this before, anyone know what is this? Sighs :(
