Just saw vid of pking some random 43 necro. Terrible pally build (rockfleece? Tower shield? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL), and somehow, the song was even worse than the din.

I don't play Europe, but the build is objectively bad.

There's literally zero reason any tower shield is better than a jeweled pally shield for a LLD charger. Rockfleece is about the 23rd best armor choice, and what I assume is an eth honor knout isn't optimal either. I don't remember the rest of the build, but with that armor/weapon/shield, it really doesn't matter, it's already a failed LLD.
