I had a friend of mine ask me about this the other day, after spending some time on here trying to find the information I needed I had no luck and had to resort to hunting through bnet topics/posts.
Thought I would share this here, yes we know items disappear but not many know the exact item, or the amount of time. My friend lost his P Enigma and was wondering how long the time was.



I'm not sure about this actually, I would assume you are correct as quest items can even drop more then once if you haven't completed said quest.
