They should contact that private server d2 community.
They seem to have a custom anti hack system in place on their server as well as very innovative d2 ideas.

There's like 3000 active players there or something

I can't remember the name right now. Info is on my computer at home.
I'm sure someone here knows. It's fairly big. I've never played on it though. Would have some interest though

What is considered a remaster ?

Will it be same graphics ? Same characters ? Same skills ? Same acts ?

I'm sure it would come with some new RWs, new sets, new items in general and perhaps open to expansion. But that's just my guess.

I have said since 2008 probably though that I'd be happy with just better graphics to make it seem like a new experience.
And if we get some cool new abilities, of course all for it but balance is key :)

That'd be pretty cool, but TBH I'd just be happy with an updated screen resolution and HD.

It's a remaster. Not a remake.
Diablo2 is done as far as runewords go. They arnt making a new game.

Yeah, they could take it anyway they want. But I think in general a re-master is supposed to be just updated graphics with everything else remaining untouched.

COD recently did a remaster but they seemingly botched it. People who played the original said it didn't "feel" the same and then they added new paid DLC that changed the entire meta.
