are you using proxy?

there'll be a warning telling you that you're trying to join a lad game with a NL char and vice versa
also, you can't attempt to create a NL game with a lad char



this should help you bypass the temp ban/realm down issue, but i recommend using a different cdkey if you try this

Im pretty sure Andy is right too, I got a like 8 hour ban last night
