There were plans to make a non-melee category tourney but at the end it was never done. I think it would be unfair to mix melee and non-melee in the same tourney. We should do more melee-only tournaments and a different tournament for non-melee-only, both of them LEGIT of course.

I disagree. Its lld, why do we need to limit it to melee. Are casters and ranged chars so "op"

I think not. Melee only is borin, go broad for highest participation

It is unfair. A caster can always stay far from the melee opponent for all eternity. Imagine a Barb vs a Caster. The Caster would win as long as it stays shooting at a good distance.

Two Tournaments separately would be fair. If people are up to it ill host/organize them.

It's called a tele staff? What are you new.

How many charges does a tele staff have? (Limited), plus the cool-down time it requires to change weapons from the tele staff to your main weapons after you tele. How many times can a Caster tele? (Unlimited) and without a dramatic cool-down. Please if you are new to dueling or have no experience whatsoever then stay away from the discussion.

If you wanna host a mixed melee/non-melee tourney go ahead, you are free to do so. Whiskey and me are willing to host new Legit tournaments Melee and Non-Melee separately and a new Legit PvP Ladder for 2015.

Holy shit are hc llders really that bad? You're so new oh my god.

1. You can get tele staffs with over 50 teles on them. If you need to tele more than that per duel then quit.

2. You can hotkey the switch of weapons so after you tele you're right back to main hand weapons. It takes almost no time at all.

3. You're hc garbage.

First off no need to insult. It just proves you are unsure of what you are saying.

Secondly:
1. Maybe you are used to duel against noobs and "duelers" with no experience. Try to fight against an experienced dueler-caster (you using a melee-only with a shitty tele staff), good luck trying to beat him in less than 50 slow-as-fuck teleports.

2. It DOES take time, have you ever dueled??? have you ever heard of the "cool-down" time???. Have you ever tele'd with a staff using a non-caster? it takes time after you tele to do anything. LOL this shows you have no fucking idea what you are talking about and you have no experience so far.

3. No, you are the one who has either never dueled before in his life or just duels newbs and thinks he knows everything now.
