Nice attempt. Existing guides are not "outdated" in my opinion, but simply non optimal.
But why do you cut your main damage by half, leaving cold mastery unmaxed and frozen unsynergized ?
Not to mention the extra mana consumption, to compensate a weaker orb.
3~5 into firewall and 1 into fire mastery are enough to face CI when it is absolutely necessary to kill them (doesn't happen every game !).
I could understand if you were to rush also hell act 3, with a tri-element build, however.
Not really important, but if you're going the expensive route (rare items), I believe a rare armor with fhr/life/res is better than Twitchthroe, given the fact that the main damage you receive come from unblockable attacks (ranged elemental, Viper's charge).
