Not when you on sorc ofc.

You are using sojs and a +2 sorc amu.
therefore you shouldn't have maxed TK because you are not getting any mana damage reduction with TK over 20 lvl, which saves you 4 skills to put in glacial spike or ice bolt (depends which you prefer) which would get you up to 2.8k dmg
