now i changed my merc from nm holy freez for normal defiance useing gear reaper/trech/guli

and now d is targeting me..

Just an idea: Holy freeze attacks dia immediately. Maybe this is a reason why the ai decides to attack ur merc

could be.. that would explain the problem i had with lawbringer merc also.



well i'll do some more testing i suppose.. tho im quite happy with the setup as it is.

even tho i kinda wanted holy freez insted of defiance but defiance makes the merc mutch more durable. i guess its good both ways, except now d attacks me

They always seem to target gumby right away, and then the next closest threat. Unless it's a valk, which seems to get ignored.

they mercs have like AI agression level thingy( i forgot actually and i might be wrong lol) like of 11, golems/skeletons of 9 or so, players of 10, meaning if you stand right next to the big D with a merc he should target the merc , and not anyone else...well should

atleast now dia nor baal has no intrest what so ever for my merc..



hmm.. if this is true not all the mercs are alike since defiance merc from normal is left alone. and so did nm holy freez merc too for a single level ( my pala 92->93) but then got targeted agein
