You geniuses aren't catching on to the obvious. The reason why good rares are showing up is because the shop owners got it through to their head that rares are actually worth something , so they setup their bots to actually keep good ones >.> It's not something difficult to comprehend.

In the past shop sites were strictly jewels/charms/uniques and runewords, they later started selling some magics, but rarely did you see rares/magics even then.

You seem to have less proof that people cant import, than the people who say they could.

Just because you cant comprehend why people dont import the way you think they should doesnt mean they CANT.

If i say, oh yeah that person is rich, they must be robbing banks and everyone that is rich, just robs banks... what would you say to that? You'd say, evidence, proof.

You know it's like people trying to prove "god" exists, it's just not going to happen lol~ You can use the "bible" as proof, but anyone with a stable thinking process could see that that isn't enough to be valid evidence that "god" exists.

My point is that it was LUDICROUS to assume shops "import" simply because they sell good items. They have thousands of bots, to think they wont get a good item once in a while, is absolutely foolish.
