With those items snap is not the best for your 30 lv bvb/bva. First of all it has no ar. Second its range is 2. Third your other gear makes u go for 136 str = you wont benefit from low str req on snap = you much better off with 250 dish -30 req mart. I'm sure there are few around in east if u willing to spend some fg.
