is the account registered? can you open a ticket with bliz?
there is one possible reason why this can happen, sometimes when you are online and you get disconnected the server still registers you as online. sometimes you need a bliz rep to kick your account offline for you to log back in. this theory could explain why you did not a password request email.
*it can take a few weeks for the server to disconnect players or accounts its not fast but it does happen automatically. a bliz rep is just faster.
The account is registered but requesting new email or password wont do anything. The blizzard crew were useless and resetted my password for my d2r/battle.net account instead.
I might have to wait till reset eh? I've already considered the account lost.
