whats llms?
My guess is lower level mysticals, this is a mystical person, talking bout nanners, crazy tims n general chat, yet he's a newcomer, yet seems knowledble. I'm willing to bet hat's what it means. If it was mechcommander it would be lrm's, long range missiles, in mechcommander, they are quite good, yet you should use them somewhat carefully, since they do have limited ammo, in long missions, they may not be preferable. Yet later on, you get refit trucks n repair trucks, now you can refill the ammo. Having very many of them on you rmechs, now it looks liek a piece of the sun travellig, n they hit really ahrd when so many, n theyr travel over obstacles ............ so they can be great. They do fire slow. N one big thing can be overkill, i.e. wasting time n ammo. I personally perfer the pulse lazers, they're good, weigh a bit, but fires often, meaning if youo got a mech on the verge, it is quickly fnished off. The mechcommander gold has something called large x-pulse lazer, now these are the coolest weapon i've seen, they fie at very long range, very quickly, yet edal low damage, but relevant to their WEIGHT, they do GREAT damage............ so having like 4 of them on 1 mech, now you got a terminator, the soundo f it is so cool too. Only drawback is there are so few of them ^^ N the are expensive. So you should not us e this on a mech going upfront...... but someone at the back not taking immediate dmage. Many thinks to think of .. N that's a sign of a great game. Never lets you down, keeps oyu interested. Such a shame so many play chess, n not these great games.
One other very cool weapon is the long tom cannon ................. now this bugger hits hard as shit ...... 15 damage then 15 more on the radius....... fire over obstacles. Very limited ammo, i think 10 shots........ n very heavy weight... Only very heavy mechs can carry 2 at a time. Yet then they are nearly instoppable. I feel like it's a bit of a gamebreking weapon, i don't usually use them. They are also very few in the game.
YEah, mechcommander is truly a great game. It's on par with d2, at least very close ot it. Just a big shame, that lately, i didn't have this prooblem 3-4 yeras ago, so idon't know what happened ........ but i can't scroll, i use the mouse, it won't budge, i use arrow keys, very slight nudge........ sad. I tried anything.
