Plugy has versions down to 1.07 I believe, so you can just DL that and its basically a loader thats ready to go with multiple versions. Also has a lot of other features (unlimited stash & skill resets) you can use in more recent patches.
If you want to play older, you can do a fresh install and find the specific patch files online and just install those. Youd just have to redo that every time you want to change patches I think. Havent done it in a long time since 1.14 and I wanted to keep playing on 1.13.
