I kept my style from years ago.
Isn't that great for large volumes that many people have, but for someone that doesn't have a crazy amount of inventory, it will do.

Had a muel account with characters called (something random) dumpa/b/c/etc
When I would do large runs, collect up in my stash, and then just load it up for another time to seperate.
