Try Angelic 2x ring and amu cheap set and op on pvp

its not especially an ar issue. Charge is bugged in d2r and randomly tends to not hit when it should sometime. Dont stack unless you are playing vs high def char and keep hl with high critical strike

Likely block. A lot of chars will go mb vs a charger since it’s by far the best counter vs them. If it’s zons they can also dodge your attacks
