u can spam skills like mofo now . thats why they added display so u can look at ur skills f1-f9 keys

the base skill u use should NEVER be in hotkeyed. only ur sub skils in f1-9's . main skill without hotkey or it will fk the system .
if u done it right . now u can use skills on f1-f9
after u finish click f1-f9 it will go back automaticly to your base skill . (whice is not in hot key)

i think they didnt had time implant that in legacy days .

its the only way to explain convert for zealers .

for example : zealer can make easy army with convert now while zealing and charging(life saver in classic pre xpac)

etc
