What are ur main objective using it for? My foh got 125 fcr and I really enjoy the fast speed of it. If ur going for tri build I think u only can reach 75 if ur not want to sacrifice too much.

thanks, I'll use it only for PvP without teleport, so 125 fcr wouldn't make any sense at all for me. Im curious about the exact mechanics of FoH, how the delay, the action frames and their different FoH fcr breakpoints (39/86 fcr) work and how all these affect my damage output.
Theoretically lets say my FoH deals an avg of 1000 damage, and I spam FoH for 1 minutes straight without a break. Im curious about how much damage do I do vs a 0 light res 0 light absorb and zero other affects with 39 vs 48 vs 75 vs 86 fcr?

FOH breakpoints are 15/39/86
FOH cast time is 18/17/16 frames

So you win 1 frame or 6% if you go from 75 to 90FCR
