Agree best base is superior (dmg, ar, dura), and +3 various skills & 6 sockets. Id also agree with the guy who said go 4 facets, and 2 rares. Bonus points for using an archon staff!

now im trying to figure out the max number of individual rows you can have.

34 mods if you count the eth and sockets each as +1

first is too big lvl req
secondly no +skill mod
third aspect is almost all mods are crap

as a conclusion i would say i've never seen so many monds on 1 item ;]
