no. many prefer to take a better ias bp while having a smaller dmg per HIT to end up with a similar dmg per sec (but have higher chances to proc effects like cb and ow). noone prefers to give up half their dps to reach one less frame. dps is the single important offensive stat on your character and thus it should be as high as possible. dmg per hit can be altered with different attack speeds

You're too right. Like when an idiot tries to get answers without asking a question. If you're having trouble understanding what a question is, an example would be; Which would you choose between a 10FPA 500dps weapon and a 9FPA 200 DPS weapon?
